Congress: VOTE NO on H.R.764/S.1895 "Trust the Science Act"

Relist wolves

A bill titled “Trust the Science Act” has been introduced in the U.S. Congress... and it’s anything but scientific. The bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to delist the gray wolf from the Endangered Species Act within 60 days of enactment by reissuing a final rule published in November 2020. The bill prevents judicial review of the delisting action and passed the House of Representatives on April 30.

We need you to contact your Senators NOW and encourage them to VOTE NO on H.R. 764/S.1895.

Protect Gray Wolves: Vote NO on H.R. 764/S.1895 "Trust the Science Act"

Dear [Decision Maker],

As a staunch wolf supporter and proponent of science-based conservation efforts, I implore you to VOTE NO on H.R. 764/S.1895, the "Trust the Science Act." This bill is anything but scientific, and will further hinder gray wolf recovery efforts across the lower 48 states.

If the "Trust the Science Act" passes, these unethical and unscientific practices will occur in many more states, and will threaten wolves with extinction. I urge you to listen to actual science and vote NO on H.R. 764/S.1895.

Sincerely,
