With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) still taking shape, all of us experiencing dramatic changes to our daily lives.

Adapting to a global pandemic is uncharted territory for all of us. While we’re doing our best to adjust to uncertainty that COVID-19 brings, we know one thing for sure: our work to protect and preserve wolves continues.

Supporting wolves also means supporting our future. That’s why we are pulling out all the stops to serve our community and mitigate the impact of the virus on schoolchildren by expanding our education efforts.

Last week we began offering free distance learning programs to schools across the country so that children can stay engaged and don’t sacrifice their education.

Our virtual education efforts have also lined up with LoboWeek 2020 — our annual movement to educate people about the Mexican gray wolf. Friends to the wolves have generously provided a matching grant up to $20,000 for all donations received today.

We need your help, now more than ever, to continue these education efforts and protect this critically endangered species.
