Let the Kendrick Peak Pack Roam

mexicangreywolf.jpg

A trailblazing pair of Mexican gray wolves, named Mystery and Hope by Arizona students, have been traveling freely above Interstate 40 in Arizona since the summer of 2024. The duo live in ideal Mexican gray wolf habitat and are showing the world that lobos shouldn’t be constrained below I-40. However, they’re at risk of being captured because they’re outside the arbitrary boundaries of the Mexican Wolf Experimental Population Area (MWEPA).

Tell the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Arizona Game and Fish Department, and Arizona Governor Hobbs that the Kendrick Peak Pack deserves to remain free!

Let the Kendrick Peak Pack Roam

Dear [Decision Maker],

A trailblazing pair of Mexican gray wolves, named Mystery and Hope by Arizona students, have been traveling freely above Interstate 40 in Arizona since the summer of 2024. The duo live in ideal Mexican gray wolf habitat and are showing the world that lobos shouldn't be constrained below I-40. However, they're at risk of being captured because they're outside the arbitrary boundaries of the Mexican Wolf Experimental Population Area (MWEPA).

As an Arizona resident, I take joy in knowing that Mexican wolves are once again living in their ancestral home and value their presence as a keystone species.

Sincerely,
